The U.S. Senate has begun the confirmation process of President Joe Biden’s cabinet. Ret. Gen. Lloyd Austin was confirmed as Secretary of Defense on Friday, with Director of National Intelligence Avril Haines sworn in on Thursday. Biden still has more nominees to be confirmed, including Treasury Secretary nominee Janet Yellen and his pick for Secretary of State, Antony Blinken. Sean Previl explains.
