Decades old Baxter’s Dairy plant in Saint John prepares to close permanently

It’s been under different ownership for twenty years but the Baxter’s Dairy plant in Saint John has had a presence in the port city for 90 years. As Andrew Cromwell reports, that’s about to come to an end as the month comes to a close.
