Quebec’s health minister announced the province’s decision to delay the second of two doses for the COVID-19 vaccine and promised to deliver it within a maximum of 90 days. This despite the fact that pharmaceutical companies claim both doses should be given within three to four weeks. Global’s Felicia Parrillo reports.
