Man seeks third trial for murder of U of C student Brett Wiese

Mitchell Harkess has been convicted twice of second-degree murder in the death of 20-year old Brett Wiese. As Jenna Freeman reports, Wiese’s family is frustrated to be back in court one day after marking the eighth anniversary of his death.
