When answering questions form U.K. opposition leader Keir Starmer on Wednesday, British Prime Minister Boris Johnson said tougher COVID-19 restrictions brought in last week were starting to have an effect on the spread of the virus in some parts of the country. Johnson also stated that Britain would make 24/7 vaccine centres open to the general public as soon as possible.
