Quebec’s Public Security Minister Geneviève Guilbault outlined on Thursday details of an 8 p.m. curfew that starts on Saturday to curb the spread of COVID-19. Guilbault discussed possible exceptions, and said fines for breaking curfew range from $1,000 to $6,000. “We all know that these measures are demanding but ultimately we are doing this to save lives,” she added.
