Jacob Blake shooting: Blake’s attorney ‘very disappointed’ charges weren’t laid

B’Ivory LaMarr, an attorney for Jacob Blake, an Black man who was shot seven times in the back by an officer in Kenosha, Wis., said Tuesday they are “very disappointed” the officer was not charged and said they are considering civil action.
