An Oshawa family is going public with their concerns about the death of a family member living inside a long-term care home in Niagara Falls. Oakwood Park Lodge is dealing with a major COVID-19 outbreak. 115 of 153 residents have contracted the novel coronavirus and 21 have died. With more, here’s Morganne Campbell.
