As of Dec. 26, all non-essential services in Quebec will close for at least two weeks to help stop the spread of the novel coronavirus. The second lockdown means there weren’t the usual lineups at Montreal stores for Boxing Day specials. As Global’s Phil Carpenter reports, some people saw advantages to not seeing crowds, but they still have their list of concerns.
