Canada’s Minister of Public Services and Procurement Anita Anand on Tuesday provided an update on the status of Health Canada approval on Moderna’s COVID-19 vaccine candidate, stating there’s “continued negotiation” about the vaccines’ delivery and terms, and the government is paying “fair market value” for the vaccines. Anand also said she has “no role to play” in the vaccine approval process.
