Quebec’s National Assembly wrapped up its fall session on Friday. Politicians would normally have a break for the holidays but the government is struggling to get the second wave of the novel coronavirus under control. As Global’s Raquel Fletcher reports, for the first time this Fall, it’s reaching out to opposition parties for support.
