During a press conference on Wednesday, chief medical advisor with the regulatory branch of Health Canada Dr. Supriya Sharma said the only people who are advised not to take the newly-approved Pfizer vaccine are individuals who have had previous allergic reactions to any of the listed ingredients in the drug, and that the health agency will continue to monitor for any additional side effects from it.
