During Monday’s session of question period in the House of Commons, Conservative Party Deputy Leader Candice Bergen grilled the Liberals on their plan to have a possible 125,000 COVID-19 vaccines to start, once one is approved by Health Canada, even though the country’s population above age 80 is over 2 million, she said. Minister of Public Services and Procurement Anita Anand focused on the news that today the government said it can assure Canadians there will be “early doses” of the vaccine.
