WSJ reports plea deal is in the works for Meng Wanzhou

The Wall Street Journal is reporting U.S. Justice officials and lawyers for Huawei executive Meng Wanzhou are discussing a possible plea deal. Meng remains under house arrest at her Vancouver mansion, more than two years after her arrest at YVR. Rumina Daya reports
