New changes to Transit mask rules as the union calls for more security

New rules have come into effect regarding masks on transit. Transit users are now not only asked to wear one on the bus or SkyTrain, but while waiting at any indoor or outdoor stations. The changes come as a new video comes to light of growing tensions between unmasked passengers and drivers. Jordan Armstrong reports.
