Premier Stephen McNeil prorogues N.S. legislature despite complaints

Premier Stephen McNeil has decided to prorogue the legislature until 2021. That means there will be no more public debate or policy passed by elected officials this year. As Elizabeth McSheffrey reports, this is among the shortest legislature sittings in recent memory.
