Speaking to reporters on Monday, Manitoba’s Chief Public Health Officer Dr. Brent Roussin said that the province’s goal is to avoid the re-imposition of a mandatory lockdown, saying the lessons learned over the course of the pandemic has allowed for a “more nuanced” approach than a blanket lockdown.
