An investigation is underway after two people were killed and five injured in Quebec City, after a man wearing a medieval outfit fatally attacked them with a sword on Halloween night. As Mike Le Couteur reports, police say a 24-year-old suspect is in custody, and that he has no apparent links to any terror group or religious ideology.
