Restaurants and bars in some of Ontario’s COVID-19 hotspots are pushing the provincial government to reopen indoor dining, currently not allowed under modified Stage 2 restrictions, after a provincial breakdown of coronavirus infections showed those industries are not the problem. But as Morganne Campbell reports, some medical experts say the findings are inconclusive.
