Federal facilitator in N.S. lobster dispute facing resistance

Ottawa’s attempts to broker peace in the Nova Scotia lobster dispute have hit a snag. Allister Surette, appointed as the federal facilitator between commercial and Indigenous fisheries, says he’s ready to open dialogue between the two sides.
