No end date for Rossdale homeless encampment as Edmonton moves forward with housing plans

The colder weather may be encroaching, but there’s still no firm end date for the Rossdale encampment. As Vinesh Pratap explains, it comes despite the fact the City of Edmonton is just a couple of weeks away from opening a temporary pandemic accommodation for those sleeping rough.
