Description
October 15, 2020
Keep it small and local--that is the advice from B.C.'s top doctor for children who will be trick-or-treating this year. While there's no doubt, what's dubbed the scariest night of the year, will look a lot different due to the pandemic, Dr. Bonnie Henry says the occasion can be celebrated safely for both trick-or-treaters and those handing out the treats. Klaudia Van Emmerik reports.
