It's been a question many parents and children have been asking for weeks -- will Halloween trick-or-treating go ahead as usual, even in Quebec’s red zones? Thursday, the Premier François Legault announced that Halloween could go ahead but with some restrictions. Global's Raquel Fletcher has the details.
