Saskatchewan Party Leader Scott Moe said during Wednesday’s leaders debate that his party has a plan to balance the budget by 2024, and accused the NDP of having “no plan,” saying that NDP Leader Ryan Meili “has a plan to make a plan to balance the budget.”
