The number of overdose deaths in Saskatchewan is spiking and on track to be at a record high. Community members have been sounding alarm bells for years, warning that this would happen. At this point in Saskatchewan’s election campaign, some feel that their calls for help remain unanswered. Anna McMillan reports.
