BC Liberals promise Surrey police referendum if elected
The BC Liberals have made a big campaign promise to the citizens of Surrey. They say they’ll have a referendum over the transition to a municipal police service. This morning the Liberal leader Andrew Wilkinson doubled down. Jennifer Palma has the latest.
