Toronto remains at odds with province over additional COVID-19 restrictions

Three days after asking for additional restrictions to get a handle on an explosion of cases, the Ontario government said the City of Toronto still didn’t have enough data to back up the decision. But Toronto’s top doctor maintains further measures are needed. Matthew Bingley reports.
