Edmonton Mayor Don Iveson said in the new 24/7 homeless housing facility, the city will incorporate the best practices from several others, such as the Commonwealth Stadium extreme cold shelter, day programming at the EXPO Centre, and what the Mustard Seed did at the Kinsmen Sports Centre day facility.
