Canada signs deal to buy 7.9 million rapid COVID-19 tests

Amid efforts to shrink long lines for COVID-19 tests, Ottawa has struck a new deal with a U.S. company to buy nearly eight million rapid test kits that could potentially process results in minutes. Mike Le Couteur explains why the tests can’t be used yet.
