Alberta chief medical officer of health Dr. Deena Hinshaw said there were 406 new COVID-19 cases diagnosed over the fourth weekend of September and four new deaths. As of Monday, she said there were outbreaks at 113 schools across the province, of which nine have experienced in-school transmission.
