Defence attorneys for 17-year-old Kyle Rittenhouse, the accused in the shooting death of two people in Kenosha, Wis, announced during a court hearing Friday they would be fighting the teen’s extradition to Wisconsin. The shooting occurred during protests in August, which followed Jacob Blake’s shooting by a police officer. The county’s state attorney called the move “very rare.”
