Officials behind the new Stanley A. Milner library downtown have said don’t judge a book by its cover, that is until you see the finished product. This after the outside appearance was met with unkind reviews. Tuesday, Global News got a look inside and as Lisa MacGregor reports — the message is to fall in love with the inside to appreciate the whole package.
