Kenneth Walker, the boyfriend of Breonna Taylor, filed a lawsuit Tuesday against state and city government, as well as several police officers, saying he should have been spared from criminal prosecution under Kentucky’s “stand your ground” law. Walker and his lawyer Steve Romines, said he did not hear police identify themselves and believed intruders had come into his home.
