Asked about the U.S. commitment to Iraq’s sovereignty and interference from its Turkish and Iranian neighbours, Iraq’s Prime Minister Mustafa Al-Kadhimi defended his country’s position and said Turkish attacks in Northern Iraq would not be acceptable. Meanwhile, U.S. President Trump said “I will say the U.S. and me, in particular, we have a very good relations with Turkey and with President Erdogan.”
