U.S. President Donald Trump commented Saturday on CDC director Robert Redfield’s warning this past week that the country could face the “worst fall” from a public health perspective if Americans do not follow public health guidelines amid the COVID-19 pandemic, saying people have been doing so. Trump said people are washing hands and practicing good hygiene “to a level they’ve never done before.”
