Coronavirus: Trump comments on CDC director’s warning U.S. could face ‘worst fall’ for public health

U.S. President Donald Trump commented Saturday on CDC director Robert Redfield’s warning this past week that the country could face the “worst fall” from a public health perspective if Americans do not follow public health guidelines amid the COVID-19 pandemic, saying people have been doing so. Trump said people are washing hands and practicing good hygiene “to a level they’ve never done before.”
