One person was taken to hospital following a two-vehicle crash that sent a pickup truck into a Peterborough home on Friday morning. Emergency crews were called to the intersection of Charlotte Street and Monaghan Road around 7:20 a.m. A woman who was in the car was treated at the scene by paramedics before being transported to hospital for further treatment. The occupants of the pickup truck were unhurt. The pickup truck also struck a traffic light utility box. The traffic light at the intersection is out.
