Pedestrians, cyclists allowed to cross Montreal’s Victoria Bridge

A new path has been opened on Montreal’s Victoria Bridge allowing pedestrians and cyclists to cross the St. Lawrence River safely as they make their way to and from the south shore. As Global’s Phil Carpenter explains, however, the new measure is temporary.
