Mary Ellen Turpel-Lafond said on Thursday that she has launched a survey for Indigenous people to share their experience in British Columbia hospitals following allegations of racism in the health-care system, adding that she expects to release a preliminary report on the allegations “in a matter of months.” She said she expects her recommendations to “be implemented fully.”
