Vancouver councillor wants to see shared e-scooter pilot by fall

Vancouver city councillor Sarah Kirby-Yung is pushing to get a shared e-scooter pilot project up and running by the fall, arguing the motorized mobility devices are already helping people safely navigate the pandemic in other Canadian cities. Aaron McArthur reports.
