Mexico’s president says Trudeau won’t attend talks in Washington with Trump

Mexican President Andrés Manuel López Obrador said on Monday that Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau would not be attending talks in Washington D.C. this week to mark the start of the United States–Mexico–Canada Agreement (USMCA) trade deal, which came into effect on July 1.
