It is the boost Okanagan tourism operators hit hard by the pandemic have been desperately hoping for, tourists flocking to the valley. And by all indications –it is starting to happen. Hotels in Kelowna are filling up and so are some restaurants. As Klaudia Van Emmerik reports, those who rely on the tourism dollars are hoping it’s a sign of what’s to come despite the global pandemic.
