It is the boost Okanagan tourism operators hit hard by the pandemic have been desperately hoping for, tourists flocking to the valley. And by all indications --it is starting to happen. Hotels in Kelowna are filling up and so are some restaurants. As Klaudia Van Emmerik reports, those who rely on the tourism dollars are hoping it's a sign of what's to come despite the global pandemic.
