Concerns are being raised about some Americans using the so-called “Alaskan Loophole” to visit BC, despite strict border rules. This as Washington State reports its worst day ever of COVID-19 infections with 716 new cases. The penalties for breaking the rules can be harsh, but as Catherine Urquhart reports, Dr. Bonnie Henry is again urging us not to be too quick to judge.
