COVID-19: Quebec reveals $15 billion deficit

Finance Minister Eric Girard revealed just how much the COVID-19 pandemic was costing Quebecers on Friday. The provincial deficit is now nearly $15 billion and Girard believes it will take 5 years to balance the budget — and that’s only if there is isn’t a second wave. Raquel Fletcher explains.
