Edmonton operations likely limited long term due to financial constraints

Interim city manager Adam Laughlin said all relaunch decisions have to be done with a public health approach — which means fewer people accessing services and thus, less money coming in — therefore it will be some time before things like rec centres and transit can return to full service.
