Ontario Provincial Police’s Traffic safety division says a dump truck crashed into a barrier after it blew a tire on the QEW near Fairview Rd in Burlington on May 26. The truck, traveling eastbound, ended up in a westbound lane of the QEW after smashed through the highway divider.
