Toronto’s pace of reopening fine with John Tory, but more details needed for phase two

Mayor John Tory says the balance established in the Ontario government’s first phase of reopening is fine with him. But both he and Toronto’s medical officer of health say they want to see more details on the second phase which take into account Toronto’s density.
