Sicamous to Armstrong rail trail not open

The recent good weather has seen increased use on the Sicamous to Armstrong Rail Trail Greenway.
The trouble is, the trail hasn’t event opened yet and that has officials reminding everyone, that the corridor remains closed until it can be safely developed.
