Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau said Saturday that although the country remains in the “emergency phase” as it continues to battle with the novel coronavirus, the country “needs to be thinking about the longer term” and as such is simultaneously putting together a recovery plan for when the economy is able to reopen.
