Coronavirus outbreak: Ontario premier calls for national contact tracing plan

Ontario Premier Doug Ford said Monday that they were starting random community testing, something experts have said needs to be done before provinces reopen. He also added there needs to be a national contact tracing plan, working with the federal government, to help in combating COVID-19 as well as research.
